Exchange

Have a change of heart? Leather & Co offers a 14 day exchange policy. Simply contact our team at sales@leatherandco.com.au within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or store credit. You will receive a Return Authorisation number which will need to be included with your returned item.

Refund

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. You can choose a refund or exchange if there is a major problem with your item. For any faults or problems, please contact the team at Leather & Co so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in their original, new condition with swing/product tags attached.  We do not accept returns on used, damaged or non-saleable items. Please include your return authorisation number with your item.

Leather & Co cannot take responsibility for any lost parcels or issues that may arise in transit. We recommend registered, tracked post for all returns. Please note shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Warranty

All Leather & Co products are covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.  Tuscany Leather offers a 24 month warranty. Warranty does not cover items damaged by negligence or accidents, normal wear and tear or colour transfer to clothing or accessories.
