ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email – this will include your purchase, billing and shipping summary.

If a selected item is out of stock from our manufacturer, you will be advised as soon as possible with an ETA.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of your order and will typically arrive to your destination within 5-12 business days.  A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a Tracking Number.

Delivery times can vary depending on stock availability, individual courier/postal services, delivery location and factors outside of our control.

Any import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. If unsure, please check with your local port authority for details.

Depending on your location we work with a range of trusted partners including Australia Post, TNT Express, DHL, StarTrack and Fast Way Couriers. You will receive a Tracking Number with courier details and tracking instructions once your purchase has been despatched.

Personalisation / name engraving may be available at an extra charge depending on the brand. Please contact us with your enquiry.

Leather & Co offers a 14 day exchange policy. Simply contact our team at sales@leatherandco.com.au within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or store credit. You will receive a Return Authorisation number which will need to be included with your returned item.

Please ensure returned items are in their original, new condition with proof of purchase. Leather & Co cannot take responsibility for any lost parcels or issues that may arise in transit. We recommend registered, tracked post for all returns.

Please note shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your item is faulty or incorrect please get in touch with us.

 

All Leather & Co products are covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

All offer a 12 month warranty. Tuscany Leather offers a 24 month warranty.

If an issue or fault arises with your product, please contact the team at Leather & Co so we can fix it for you as soon as possible.

A quality leather bag is an investment that will last a lifetime, with regular care and attention.

1. The best place to start is with prevention. Before your first use, apply a leather protection cream. This will add a protective barrier to leather that repels stains and protects the surface from wear and tear.

2. Clean your bag regularly with a damp cloth to remove dirt and oils.

3. Once or twice a year, do a more thorough cleaning to remove dirt buildup. Wipe down your leather bag with a cleaner made specifically for leather. Apply in a circular motion, and wipe off with a slightly damp cloth to avoid clogging the pores of the leather.

4. Keep your bag in a dust bag when not in use.

This will prevent the build-up of dust when it’s not in use and prevent any accidental scuffs. If you don’t have a dust bag, use a pillowcase.

5. Stuff your leather handbag with bubble wrap or parchment paper to restore and hold its shape.

6. Air your leather bag periodically to prevent mould growth.
