Postage and shipping

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order in our system and will authorise your credit card for the purchase. In the case that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment (If payment was processed).

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@leatherandco.com.au

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@leatherandco.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order so we can avoid occurring a postage fee if at all possible. Thank you.
